As I've mentioned before, I often post to this blog in the State Library. The lack of civility of many of the other patrons amazes me. Right now, for instance, the bloke next to me is playing some silly virtual shoot-'em-up, while his mate watches over his shoulder. They giggle and gasp as the figures bounce up and down on the screen. Really, what a thing to do. I mean, they're using a library PC to play silly computer games! It's annoying and crass. And their constant noise makes it very hard for me to enjoy the porn I'm downloading. |
