Apparently the harp seal population has tripled, and seal hunters are going spacko with baseball bats. Not surprisingly assorted ferndamentalists and PETA-bleaters are cracking the shits big time. I must say the thought of those cute little fellas getting whacked does sadden me somewhat. So, here's a solution: Instead of killing seals, why not do a massive cull of fluffy wuffies? This is a clean, and green alternative, since these yammering squits do create a hell of a lot of noise pollution. Their lentil rich diets also result in vast emissions of toxic greenhouse gases. And, of course, a lot of them are pretty furry. It's a win-win situation for sure! I'm off to the sports store to get me a cricket bat. Looks like I'll emulate my namesake after all. |
